The room itself isn't horrible, except that it reeked of stale tobacco smoke. There was no soap in the room, so I had to run out and buy some so that I could shower. The walls are paper thin, so guests get to know a bit about their neighbors. And the poor woman at the front desk had to deal with check-in, guest needs and phone calls (including one that took about 10 minutes as I waited to check in.) Staff was not helpful sns would not make eye contact. There was not a room available when I arrived and I was told I only had a reservation not a room.

The hotel didn't look like what I saw in the pictures and there was no break fast that we could eat in the morning. There was some false advertising.

I checked in around 10pm and just wanted to shower and get to bed as I had to get up by 5am. I went in to the room and it literally looked like someone was already staying there. The soap was open on the sink with the wrapper next to it. Bed was not made. No bath towels. And the toilet tank top was off and sitting g in the toilet like someone was working in it. I went back to the lobby and was given another room and that room, although a little cleaner, also did not have bath towels. I just showered and used one of my shirts... read more

From the time I arrived and got on the elevator the Snell was SO disgusting . I had to hold my breath. The room odor was even worse, it was THE worst . I bought 3 cans of freshener and wall plug ins to mask the smell. As soon as I could book another hotel I moved from there.

Extended Stay Sucks They sold my room after I had paid for it.

Disgusting!!! Reeked of smoke. Had to leave. Couldn’t stay in room. Lost the money !!!!

The hotel was dirty with soiled sheets on the bed, dirty tub, bugs, food from previous guest still in the room opened, no smoking room was a smoking room, non-working room phone could not even call the desk to ask to have the situation rectified
