The rooms were filthy and bug ridden. The manager was not on sight all day and we could not check in. This is the worse hotel customer service experience I have ever had.The smoke alarms were missing which was a fire hazard

Nightmare on Elm Street. Staff was friendly but not professional and there is a $100 Deposit that was never mentioned prior to booking. Could not and will not stay here, room was filthy and dirty also check in for me was 3:45 when I arrived at 3:00 pronto with a reservation. Demanded a refund, will never recommend not even to a pet unfortunately.

The rooms were not clean by 6:46 PM when I got to Durham to check in. The staff sat there on her cell phone while we waited in line. I'm sorry, the hotel was terrible. Won't ever stay there.

Hotel was disgusting. No trash can, no plate in microwave, no back on tv remote, tv reception was trash, furniture was ancient, door locks were rickety, carpet was filthy, little bugs like fruit flies flying around room, property was unkept, and comforter looked ratty.

Broken smoke detector, broken tv, toilet didn't flush, no soap.looked clean but smelled old and musty. Didn't even stay in the room for more then 10 minutes.

Not Happy This hotel is in need of a total make over. I came to Durham for a funeral and if I didn’t get there so late I would have found something else. Room said non smoking had to go get a candle and Lysol cause it had a strong odor of smoke. All my clothes smelled like smoke this was not a pleasant experience at all. Blanket had cigarette holes in it definitely will not stay there again when I visit the area

You really shouldn't book this "hotel" Uninhabitable. My fiance and I didn't even stay.
