The managment was awful hateful and never helpful. Like someone forced her to work there. Extremely unfriendly and just plain rude. The rest of the staff was quite pleasant and helpful

Just No Didn't even end up staying. My boyfriend asked me to check the room before getting the kids outta the car and I'm sure glad he did. The room stunk. Smelled mostly like mold. Cabinets are eww, stoves way out of date and there was some kinda putty all on the dresser. We went back and got our money back. Super disappointing.

Last minute business trip I checked in well after the normal check in time, and the guest agent “had to go see if the room was ready.” The room was supposed to be smoke free but wreaked of smoke when I walked in. I was awaken at 5 am by a group of people gathered outside in the parking lot talking loud and playing music this went on for about 30 mins. I was very disappointed with my stay here. Nonetheless the staff was friendly.

good proximity to Duke Cancer center Wanted an additional $100. for incidentals Gave them my credit card info but felt very uneasy about doing so when I asked what incidentals I was told if I did any damage upon entering the room the first thing that I saw has the rack above the toilet hanging off the wall damage to the furniture unsure about the cleanliness of the sheets and a few other minor damages I called them to come and inspect so that they knew that we did not do any the damages and to ask if we could have a remote f... read more

Worst. Hotel. Period. When I arrived to check-in there was a handwritten note on the door to the office that read "Be back in 15 min" so I waited out front in my car for the front desk person to return. The young lady working the front desk emerged from a room upstairs along with a young man and came downstairs to see if we needed assistance. ok Everything was down no internet nor television the whole night from time I checked in to the time I was left the neighbors was extremely loud pretty much up until 2am being I had get up at 6! But I normally have a decent stay here

Due to heavy traffic, I had a very late check-in and the front desk was closed. No one answered the phone. It took repeated attempts from me and others to finally be able to check in with an over thirty minute wait. The room was adequate with nothing special. The floors were sticky. And the breakfast consisted of hot water (with coffee grounds in it) or coffee and oat bars or an instant oatmeal packet.

Double charged for room Hotel charged us for tbe room plus expedia charged us
