HORRBILE!!!!!!!!!!!! It was horrible rooms was nasty and stink really bad I couldn't walk around barefooted it was very comfortable

Dumpy facility in a seemingly high-crime district Room was pretty clean and comfortable. The minimalist kitchen basically had a frig, 2 burners and a microwave. There were absolutely no kitchen utensils, plates, cookware, etc.--you had to "check them out." Not even a plastic glass in the bathroom! Not even a spare roll of toilet paper! No blow-dryer. The toilet was in poor working condition. Overall, an unpleasant experience.

The worse hotel and services to stay That was the worst experience I ever had they never make a services on my room, no toilet paper in the room just one set the towels, when I need for extra they didn’t bring me more I did Went to ask for more, even with the toilet paper my toilet was broken down twice they didn’t fixed I did by myself when I went to the lobby they was rude bad very bad customer services the mangar she never was there and her assistant she didn’t do it anything to resolve anything as I said was worst experi... read more

Rooms were over booked. Didn’t have a room for me Terrible. Rooms were over booked, so they had to transfer me to the hotel down the street which wasn’t equally disgusting. No shower stuff, no soap, half a roll of toilet paper. And yelling allllllllll night from outside and neighboring rooms. BEYOND ANNOYED I spent 70$ here.

Staff great but that's about it Rooms were nut completely clean, old food was in the kitchen, a plugged toilet greeted us on arrival and the heat didn't work. Also people started partying at 3am. I got sent here after my original hotel was I've booked.

Terrible Room not clean given another room and there were people in the bed this was at 4pm in afternoon. Left went to another motel.

Do not stay here Hotel staff were not friendly or welcoming. In fact, everyone seemed to be a burden to them. Our "non smoking room" REEKED of cigarette smoke. The staff refused to allow us to change rooms. Except for the fitted sheet, the bed was not made. There was only the comforter and 2 pillows left for us to use (no additional sheet). The fitted sheet even had stains on it. The bathroom had just 1 hand towel and regular towel--despite there being 2 guests (no actual wash cloth or bath mat either). Staff is Seriously Unprofessional Everyone who works here needs to be FIRED. Seriously, everyone is so unprofessional and rude my girlfriend literally almost got into a fist fight with the 3rd shift guy because he was so disrespectful and rude. The room was nice but I HATE the entire staff. They need to start over with hiring.
