They wanted to charge us for clean towels, there was no remote to the tv in our room, we had to wait wait for anyone to answer the phone for help because they don’t keep someone at the front desk. They literally have metal shutters at check-in. You have to call someone on a house phone. And everyone that is over the age of 18 must have a copy of their drivers license. Room not available and then was sent to a room that was not clean, was told they "overbooked", A/C stopped working in the middle of the night, no one at front desk to answer calls about a/c, we ended up leaving at 4:00 a.m. to go to a different hotel, I will never stay at this hotel again

Nice rooms but floors not swept or mopped well, no coffee pots in room nor any offered in common area nobody was even in office half the time. The pillows were awful and flat. Terrible. Didn’t sleep or wake happy

I liked the little seat in the shower...you can tell they this place is used mostly for out of dorm activities. Definitely not for the out of towner. Room was half clean, floors dirty, nothing wiped down, room stunk of cigarettes and collegiate funk. Overall hands down horrendous place to stay for a good night's rest.

i was not aware that it was an extended stay until i got there. i must not have done enough research. location and price was good so i thought it would work. But for the price that i did pay, it is way overpriced for what you get. but i do not have any complaints on the room itself or the staff.
