This place is very nasty. Stayed 1 week and the whole place smells. We used 2 bottles of air freshener and it didn't even touch the smell. Out of the week their other people had issues with getting clean linings. The floors got swept once, never mopped. Upon arrival we was asked if they can check to see if the room was ready, when we got to our room you could see all the filth on everything. Dog poop left on the hallway floor all week.Worst place we've stayed in. Our advice spend the extra $ and go somewhere else than here.

Not again! I made reservations and payed when arrived. I had to ask where my room was located. I was given no other information! No smoking available except at front door. This makes it uncomfortable for everyone is going in and out all hours of night. I was asked 3 times is I was going to pay? Not one time did anyone give hospitality! District manager did not apologize for any inconveniences. I had to remake bed with new sheets because of ugly brown spot, looked like wasn't changed. Worse experience ever!

Checked in at 9:00 pm they made me wait 20 minutes so they could clean a room. Told me I would get a 10$ discount and never got it.

We had to wait 45 minutes to get into our room because they had no rooms cleaned. It was 9:15pm when we arrived and we were not able to enter our room until 10:00pm. It would have been okay, but the attitude of the staff was horrible. The cleaning staff, instead of cleaning our room, were at the front desk complaining about us wanting our room cleaned. Nothing ... smelled like cigarettes. Horrible Horrible only good thing was check in lady.

Problems upon arrival. Many problems to check in, I was charge almost $500 extra, still trying to get my money back. I killed 5 roaches in the room, people live with their dogs there. Many times the fire alarm was triggered because people smoke inside the building. Four times I couldn't get in my room because the key didn't work and I was told it was because I owed money. Most of the time the front desk was unattended. Really bad experience..

Stay was adequate and good pricing I had laundry stolen out of the drawer early one evening and was never settled by the desk in Your hotel . Of some of the items was a brand new pair of pants .i was never cost adjusted .

Could tell it was recently renovated and seemed very secure. Unfortunately when the sun went down, we killed several bugs including cockroaches. The fresh paint wasn't enough to cover up what was there before.
