No hot water Check in was great. Fast easy and to the point. Room was clean but a struggle to find becsuse nothing is labeled. BIG issue is thst there was no hot water for the shower. Couldn't get through to the office to explain the situation of course.

Non smoking room smelled like a dirty ash tray. No furniture in the Suite i paid for. No hot water to shower, no shampoo when i wenr to shower. Went to get coffee and to go breakfast. Door locked at 6 when it was to be open.
