The issue that I encountered was the surface was clean however everything wasn't clean the fitted sheet was clean the flat sheet and the blanket had dirt and crumbs.

This is the worst Extended Stay I've ever spent time at. My room smells like cigarette smoke; there wasn't a TV remote in the room and it took over an hour to get one; there were people outside, near the lobby, that were sitting on the stairs smoking. At least I'm only staying here one night, but my travels will never bring me back to this hotel again.

Gross The was a cigarette burn on the toilet seat, someone’s pubic hair on the shower wall and the room vaguely smelled of smoke. Immediately my husband and I thought the room was used for drug purposes.

I purchased this room because I traveled from PORTLAND OR to my uncle funeral, I checked it at 3pm, upon arrival looked like homeless people near entrance to hotel with 4 bags lined up, went to park the car and retrieve my bags to take to room, sat them down and left because I had to meet my family, I didn’t come back to the room till 10:30pm, Prior to getting to the hotel we stopped to get food to cook because we had a king suite, there were no dishes at all, I had to call the front desk and the walk to front desk and get i... read more

It is horrible. Shower is not working. There is no hot water. Some smell in the room. Not at all clean.

Disappointed by Extended Stay The hotel room was very dirty and the kitchen floor was sticky. The night stand had been burned and not replaced and the overall room condition was unacceptable.The smoke detector in the ceiling had a hole next to it. See the attached pictures.
