Very poor internet connection I was looking for accommodation and that left me booking this place the first thing that was horrible was the internet it was poor to say the least didn’t work in the room I had to come to the lobby to take care of my emails. Wouldn’t stay here anytime soon

No recomendable check-in complicado.nunca están claro de que cantidad cobrar tienen que llamar a hotels.com para ver la cantidad aunque lo dice la confirmación. Necesita limpieza en las habitaciones, tienen cucarachas pequeñas. No son amables. Costo muy alto para el servicio y calidad del hotel

Never again!!! This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I didn’t like anything at all about this place. First off the hotel runs on a limited staff so the front desk actually closes at 8:00. House keeping only comes to clean the rooms bi weekly and forget needing any services after 8pm. If you do need anything after 8 you have to dial an ext that sends you to an automated call center (that places you on hold forever)who then has to contact the overnight person that works at the hotel. Not anywhere close to 2.5 stars. Nothing like having your flight delayed and having to wait 20 minutes for night clerk to be paged to check you in at 12:30.
