Worst place I’ve stayed at in the Fort Lauderdale area.. Multiple roaches seen everyday.. You can hear your neighbors conversations/arguments through the walls.. actually that was my entertainment because the tv didn’t work. Needless to say, I did not enjoy my 2 week stay.

There were no rooms available. I did not get checked in and yet I was BILLED FOR SERVICES I DID NOT RECEIVE.

Terrible! Left stranded! They were fully booked and had no room for me when I arrived even though I had prepaid, received confirmation emails, and confirmed by phone 15 minutes before my arrival. They offered no explanation or refund.

The guy at the front desk was extremely rude my husband and I I traveled from Indiana and needed to check in a little early and he practically yelled that we couldn’t check in until 3p so after we got in our room it wasn’t bad at all until I had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and the roaches scattered!!!

We did not spend the night there. It was unsafe for my family with a lot of people stranded outside due to a "situation" the hotel was experiencing.

Do not stay here it is terrible there was a crackhead out in front of the hotel. A boyfriend and girlfriend ran a hotel. They sent me to a dirty room. Then the key card didn’t work. The room was filthy. The television didn’t work and the bed. The mattress was awful.
