Hotels.com uses this place? Never ended up staying. Opened room door and could not believe the filth and amount of roaches in that room. Walked right back out and checked out. And of course you can’t get any service from hotels .com. Don’t want emails or links just would like a live person!!

Very basic …couldn’t get in the room before 5pm…not worth at all the money I paid for it…

There is no one in reception after hours, the elevator was out of order and they were trying to give me a room on the fourth floor. I never stayed. I left and went to another hotel.

Checked in couldn't get in room had to be moved to a different room with smaller bed. The floors were so dirty they turned your feet black and you stick to them as you walk. No wifi, no tv and limited bath towels, no bath rug, hand towels. Asked the front desk for assistance several times. The answers were we can try to get someone in there but more and likely not.
