A Stench of a Review First impression from the outside, OK. Inside, had to wait 15 minutes to check in, and there was no non-smoking available. When I entered the hallway to elevator, the stench from smoking was overwhelming, and after stepping off the elevator to 4th floor it was worse. The smell followed me into the room. ORST HOTEL EVER This was a horrible hotel. It was so disgusting that we didn’t even stay. My daughter was in the parking lot puking! We have reached out to the corporate office, after being hung up on by the hotel, and have been told they do not give refunds. I will be contacting my bank! Whatever you do don’t stay here.

Bed horrible, pillows horrible. There were blinds but no curtains. Thus, bright as day during the night.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Turned out they had overbooked my stay. They called me to let me know- when I called hotels.com to inform them no one could get hold of the front desk. I was already on my way so I went to the hotel and asked the front desk girl to talk them and she refused telling me that it would sort out on it’s own. The next day I called hotels.com and let them know I had a different hotel outside of their services and demanded my money back- again they couldn’t get a hold of the front desk. Hotels... read more
