Dirty The sheets were dirty and I saw a roach. I did ask to be switched to a different room and the did switch me.

ROACH motel Mgmt would not return emails or phone calls. Provides below average comfortability with no compensation for valid proven concerns. Needs major exterminator assistance! Your better off sleeping in your car and using the bathroom/shower at a travel plaza. We attempted to handle this with mgmt but he/she/they didn’t return any calls or emails.

The clerk who helped me was so rude. I had to dial 500 and wait like 5 minutes for her to come to the front desk. When she came to the front desk, she didn’t greet me, and when she was working on my reservation she got a message probably from her friend and she answered her and then called her and they were talking. She had no manners. Beside that rooms were smelly but it was clean enough.
