I reserved a non smoking room. They put me in a smoking room and there weren’t any non smoking rooms to change me to.

Paid for the room with a sofa and got the smaller room. You could smell the smoke thru the walls and you could hear people talking next to and above you.....

The front desk staff was very rude, could be better without her there.

A Stench of a Review First impression from the outside, OK. Inside, had to wait 15 minutes to check in, and there was no non-smoking available. When I entered the hallway to elevator, the stench from smoking was overwhelming, and after stepping off the elevator to 4th floor it was worse. The smell followed me into the room. Had I not been late for an appointment I would have checked out. The only salvation was turning on the heater on return, which freshened the air. ORST HOTEL EVER This was a horrible hotel. It was so disgusting that we didn’t even stay. My daughter was in the parking lot puking! We have reached out to the corporate office, after being hung up on by the hotel, and have been told they do not give refunds. I will be contacting my bank! Whatever you do don’t stay here.

Bed horrible, pillows horrible. There were blinds but no curtains. Thus, bright as day during the night.
