The location is great but the hotel is meh. There are nicer hotels right across the street. We were only there one night so it was tolerable but it seems like a shady place.

This place should be removed from Hotels.com. It was dirty, very noisy and the staff was unprofessional. I had to turn the TV volume up just to fall asleep in order to drown out the noise from the other rooms. This was the first time I ever actually felt unsafe in a hotel. I also had my makeup bag stolen from me. I had left the bag on the bathroom sink and when I return to get it I was told sorry no one turned it in, even though it was clear that they didn't have a designated lost and found. The night staff is very unprofessional and very rude
Don’t stay here! Not worth the price!! For 95% of the last 3 weeks the key card system has been down. So your options are to leave your door unlocked and ajar for quick re-entry OR go to the front desk during business hours and wait until they have a free moment to escort you to your room to unlock your door OR if you arrive outside the front desk hours you have to dial 500 and go through their phone service, explain the situation, they in turn will contact the overnight clerk who will eventually arrive to escort you to your... read more
Crap Hotel Didn’t have reservations. No keys worked over booked by 30 rooms. Waited hour and half to get a room
