Unbelievable poor service! I booked my room on Expedia a week ahead, and paid in-full online, and the money taken from my card. My second day, I had a day off. A front desk gal knocked my door saying my account is overdue!! I showed her my Expedia confirmation, and my card statement, and went back in the next day morning to do the same thing again. The location is great but the hotel is meh. There are nicer hotels right across the street. We were only there one night so it was tolerable but it seems like a shady place.

This place should be removed from Hotels.com. It was dirty, very noisy and the staff was unprofessional. I had to turn the TV volume up just to fall asleep in order to drown out the noise from the other rooms. This was the first time I ever actually felt unsafe in a hotel. I also had my makeup bag stolen from me. I had left the bag on the bathroom sink and when I return to get it I was told sorry no one turned it in, even though it was clear that they didn't have a designated lost and found.
