Horrible First two rooms they put me in were dirty, sheets on bed were changed and beds weren’t even made. Third room they put me in reeked of smoke. Went to check out of room 113 and they didn’t have me checked into that room. Had have my room key re-entered so I could enter the room and no ID was asked for.

Roach invested This was my second time staying here. My first time was extremely pleasant. Which was why u went back again. However this time was complete opposite. The room number 125 was horrible. 1 the microwave didnt work so i had to call to get it replaced. Next ROACHES. Everytime i went in the bathroom or kitchen area i had to kill a damn roach. Lastly i wanted to check out at 12. One hour later, she told me there would be a 10$ fee.... what!!!! And they never asked us if we needed towels and we was there for 4 days...... read more

Awful We were given 2 different rooms- both were not clean or suitable to sleep in. The front desk guy apologized that they were no clean rooms and told us he would have his manager credit us back through hotels.com. This has not happened, what do I need to do to get my money back? We stayed at the holiday inn a block away, which I paid through hotels.com also. Please let me know if I need to take any other action to get my credit. Thank you.

Could’ve been cleaner by far The room wasn’t the worst that I have been in but it was very far from the best. For starters it looked like housekeeping didn’t clean worth a crap. It obviously wasn’t vacuumed the sheets and towels smelled like cigarettes. Not to mention the sheets in a non smoking room had cigarette burn holes all over it. The table and tv stand had what looked like a mix of dust and cup rigs all over it and they obviously didn’t care about cleaning that up either. Run down and trashy. Could hear three the walls and the front door guest did not greet you. Oh, and I had only one pillow for two people.

nasty and roaches Check-in time is 3 pm. I arrived at 4:20 pm and the guy checked me into a room. I went to the room and it had not been cleaned. I go back to the front desk and tell him. He asks me if I could come back at 5:30 pm because they are short-staffed. That is two and a half hours after the original check-in time. When we arrived to the hotel, they didn’t have an option to pay with cash so i had to spend the money on my card which was an inconvenience. Once I was ready to pay for the room, they told me they gave the room the room I booked a week and a half ago , to someone else the previous night. They offered to have us relocated but didn’t offer us transportation.
