Charged after I paid Expedia. Place smells like a meth lab is dirty and crawling with bugs. I left and found a clean motel 6.

The beds were too small. The room wasn’t the cleanest and there were roaches. Couldn’t find staff to get extra towels and couldn’t access the internet

Our room was roach infested. Roaches were in the bathroom and the kitchenette area. We didn’t keep food in the room for this reason. The vending machines were empty. & we were instructed to purchase our own towels. This was a waste

The property was not the cleanest. We found a dead roach and 2 live roaches. They only had 2 pillows on each bed and when I requested more I was informed they did not have pillows. The bed was uncomfortable and appeared to be broken. The bathroom had 2 lights out and a half used roll of toilet paper. If they are concerned about COVID why did we use the same roll of toilet paper as the last guest? I was not please with my stay.
