Stay was horrible. Staff had really bad attitudes and we were never able to get towels. Everytime we needed something the staff was outside smoking and carrying on with eachother. Room was dirty as well.

When we arrived the staff was very rude to begin with. We got to our room and nothing worked, not even the A/C. We spent a miserable night at this hotel. Will NOT be returning!

The lights went out and there was no ac for hours. There was no one in the front desk to complain to and there were roaches in the room. At checkout time still there was no one at the front desk so I just left. I won’t be returning there.

Check in was super slow! Room was basic, nothing special which I knew going in as we were not going to spend much time in the room. The beds were horrible. Like a stuffed pillow sack thrown on a box spring. There was a red stain, looked like pizza sauce, dried on the floor. The shower had a slow drain. Room had a weird smell. Walls were paper thin. Only one device can get wifi. Any others you will have to pay for. No pool or breakfast. Elevator smelled of weed and ran funny.

ever again We noticed that we only had 2 thin,small bath towels and 2 washclothes. I used one washcloth to clean the sink. The sheets appeared to be clean but the room was not. I used my clorox wipes on most surfaces. The next morning we saw roaches in the bathroom and the room. Yuck.

I didn’t stay soon a I walk in my room looked at bed bathroom everything was dirty bed sheets toilet I just couldn’t stay I ask for a refund

Not recommended - even if on a budget The most frustrating part was that I arrived late so I had to call the 500 number for assistants but it took almost 10x’s before someone picked up. They also forgot to give me pillows so I didn’t have any my first night. I came in with low expectations and they managed to disappoint further.
