Dissatisfied customer! We were very unhappy with our stay at WoodSprings Suites Gulfport. The bed was a single & my husband & I were very uncomfortable & didn’t get a good nights sleep; the linen on the bed had brown stains; the room smelled musty & it was not what we expected. The bed was leaning to one side & I felt like I was gonna fall out the bed. The check-in process was horrible, we had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and I believe the woman’s name is Katrina, she did not have a very pleasant attitude. The remotes in the rooms didn’t work so we were moved to another room in which we found a roach in the refrigerator 😡. Check out process was the same way! SLOW! I’ve stayed at Wood Spring Suites several times and always had an amazing stay, but this was by far the worst.

Service was terrible. Room was filthy dirty. No customer service or any type of maintenance available. Front desk number to call from lobby sent you to a non usable recording. Terrible!!!

Avoid avoid avoid like the play Worst hotel stay ever. Avoid at all costs. Room smelled like nothing had ever been cleaned or washed. No hot water. Would not change out towels. Never ever ever stay here ever.

How enjoyable to walk in to the room, then go back to your truck for the can of Febreeze. I especially loved the 3000W LED light mounted right outside the window, the flimsy towels, the pervasive smell of burnt popcorn in the hallway, and the lumpy bed. Please. I beg you. Avoid this place at all costs. Sleep in your truck by the highway if you have to. You’ve been warned.

Ok hotel-horrible bed I would say the hotel it's self was okay, but the bed was horrible. Even the headboard was off the wall on one side. It was so uncomfortable that we got up at 2:00am and left for home.

The staff was excellent; However, 1. no lamp in the room, 2. Towel were few & very thin 3. The bed springs squeaked loudly 4. The air conditioner was too loud My overall assessment of the property poor to fair. Shirley Martin
