Should have stayed somewhere else Wanted to charge a change fee after my reservation, when i made a mistake in the reservation and called 30 seconds after booking. Went to check in, and nobody was at the window for over five minutes. Then they wanted to charge me a linen fee, and finally they gave me a smoking room, when i booked non smoking.

The staff was not friendly. You had to pay for everything and it still did not work. The wars was convenient.

Watched the front desk and another enployee make a drug deal in the parking lot! Seemed to be nothing but drug dealers and drug heads at this location would not recommend this place to anyone!! The front desk was rude and wanted copies of everyones identification that was staying in the room! Never in my life did i have to get everyone out of the car just to get keys to my room!! The room was dirty. The refrigerator had splats of something all over. It smelled like cigarettes and was just disgusting. We left after an hour. There was no way we were staying there.

Horrible place The bed was awful. It kept poping like it was going to break under me, it was lumpy and made my whole body hurt if i layed in it for more than 4 hours. You had to take your own trash out and had to pay extra to get towels and wash cloths. And even if you did pay the extra you had to take your used ones down to office to get more new ones. They forced me to leave without a refund!!!! For my entire stay. I requested a smoking room which they advertise on expedia as well as all over their website for the gulfport location. So i was smoking in my room and they made me leave 4 days before what i paid. I have never had hotel staff be as awful as they were. NO ONE told me my room was non smoking amd there was no indication thag the facilty was mom smoking. There were signs stating no smokong in the common areas which is understandable.
