Extended stay Willowbrook It was amazing with the frienndly hotel staff.The only negative comment I would make is probably the smell of the room but other than that overall great rating. I would room here again not to mention just minutes away from the shopping and movie locations. 5 stars

There is no ice machine. It´s really necessary to have one

The person at the front desk. Gave us the wrong room. Someone was in the room. She acted weird about it. She wrote down the wrong room. Disappointing when it’s midnight and you are tired and want an easy and fast check in.

The property is conveniently located fo anyone wanting to stay in the Willowbrook area. The staff are helpful, the bed-linen and towels were clean and we had a good night's sleep. However the hotel is in desperate need of a makeover. The furniture is in poor shape and the carpet is stained and literally coming apart at the seams. A major overhaul is necessary.
