Overall, great stay. Could it be cleaner? Yes. Could it be more updated? Yes. BUT some things that were fantastic were the friendliness of the staff, the security guard for the parking lot at night, and the access to great parking steps from room. It was a great stay for a last minute early trip into town!

2 week trip Booked this hotel for a 2 week visit with my kids, convenient location within reasonable distance from mall, grocery store and restaurants. This hotel suited all of my needs: budget friendly, has small kitchen, free WiFi, comes w/ quick breakfast/coffee in the mornings.. Front desk Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I would use this hotel in the future. They staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and smell as if you’re at home while on vacation

Front desk was rude and disrespectful they did not give me what i pay for

Because we did not book for at least 7 days (4 nights only) we had no housekeeping in our rooms. Beds never made, no fresh towels, etc. After asking the front desk, they said if we brought down our towels, they would give us fresh ones. That is not service. I have stayed at other Extended Stay properties and not experienced this. Very disappointed.
