I arrived and checked in. I was given the key to a room that was filled nearly to the ceiling with either supplies or someone’s belongings. The man at the reception counter assisted in looking for a replacement room. I was told to follow him and when we arrived the room was locked and he couldn’t get in. Not good checkin couldnt find reservation whenthey called to help him had no access to email. Then got in room after about hour tv didnt work. Peace and rest i was looking for was not happening
