UGH Upon our check in the Night clerk was nowhere around, upon her arriving she advised us that she locked the keys in the office, she smelled of alcohol. Then we had to wait 20 minutes for maintenance to open up the door to the office. After traveling this is no way to start off, the room had bugs in the sink on the morning of our check out

There are blood stains on the toilet. Clog toilet with poop still in the toilet unflushed when we checked in. and the beds we worn out and old! thank God we only booked for a night because this was an emergency. i would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

Not happy with this hotel location is my first time in this hotel thi first thing smell so bad The hallways look dirty. I asked for dishes for the kitchen and they told me they don't have that service. No kitchen utensils. The TV is old and doesn't work. I told them to change rooms and they didn't want to, so I couldn't watch TV. The bed all the sheets looked new and unwashed and they smell bad. Staff was nice but when out to dinner came back to find bugs small roaches killed 5 while on phone with staff couldn’t get out fast enough they refunded us and we went to Hamilton inn down road it was great just 50 dollars more but couldn’t stay with bugs at other place

The area is nice, but the room was filthy. Pubic hair in the bed, hair all over the bathroom, hard floor turned the soles of feet and socks black, sink clogged, and the walls were filthy. The only plus side was I didn’t witness any roaches or other pests, surprisingly.
