On the downside: Not staffed around the clock, No phone to the lobby and at night no one to call. Vending machines too expensive, no ice machines or drinking fountains. The persons around my room were noisyh at night,. Sounded like they were dropping a bowling ball at regfular intervals. Admitting clerk was very nice. a ray of sunshine.

Worse hotel in the country This hotel is absolutely horrible staff is rude place is dirty and they tell you that you have to clean your own room on check out or you will be charged. This is my 2nd bad review of this hotel in the last 2 days after I posted the one yesterday the Joke of the hotel manager called me after I wrote it and told me if I didn't like it there then leave not one time did he ask what the problem was or did he try to address the issues just wanted me to leave. Front desk manager "Charlotte" was very rude to me and unwilling to resolve problems that arose from my room reservation. Because of her lack of professionalism and disrespectful demeanor, my family and I have chosen to shorten are stay at this hotel from 14 days to 2. If the availability was therebtonrelocotebtonight to another hotel, I would not have given another fine to this place after the way that I was treated today.

Unfortunately it was not clear if you arrive after a certain time the whole building is locked down and you have to call for a nighttime person to come unlock the lobby to check you in. We called the number at 11 pm and waited until 11:45 to get fully checked in to our room and given a room key. First the systems were down, then the system wouldn’t take our card so I had to provide a different one. Cheap place Nice place but NO amenities!! No hand towels, only wash cloths bath towels. No coffee maker. No shampoo or conditioner. No ice in the building. No tissues. No breakfast.

No hair dryer. No one at the desk to check out and give us a receipt. We had to leave the key in a place where anyone could take it and enter a room.
