Unacceptable. Will never stay or recommend this hotel. Room smelled like wet dog or animals.

It was ok, no shampoo etc just 1 bar soap. No night stands next to beds or lamp. Elec switch across the room to plug in phone Not so easy. Beds rock hard.

The only real problem was that the room has a kitchen. However, they dont stock it with dishes, no pots pans etc. No way to make hot drinks in the morning. No ice machines anywhere. There were 2 plastic disposable cups, one bar of hand soap.

Don't go there :( Average facility. The door to enter the hotel back door was unlocked. I was told it would be mentioned to the repair person. I asked for sheets etc for the pull out couch. She brought sheets but no blanket or pillow. Our keys did not work in the door. I had to go back to the front desk. The new set worked poorly. Extended Stay now offers absolutely no kitchen items. No towel no dishes, no silverware, no glasses, no pans, no dish detergent. There was only 2 large towle and 2 face cloths in the bathroom. No h... read more
