We checked in on Friday night, the front desk woman was very sweet and acommodating. She saw i was having difficulty walking and suggested i drive around back to park so i didn't have to do the stairs. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. It's also good to know that the front desk is only open from 10 am to 10 pm on the weekends. I read this in a previous review, they only give you 2 towels and 2 washcloths per room for your entire stay. So just be prepared.

Great staff, not the best stat The staff were all super kind and friendly. The hotel needs a lot of TLC. Musty smelling, dirty looking and not worth the cost.

I Disliked Everything about the Reservation through expedia to the hotel and beyond because I was told a week ahead of time through expedia and the property itself that my reservation would stay the same and I could check in on Saturday without changing my reservation due to the fact my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and she had to have her 1st dose of chemo on Friday. My reservation wasn't there and my son & I didnt even get to stay the night!

Not a lot of room amenities
Staff is very friendly and property is in good shape. Carpet in assigned room could use replacing. When occupants in room above me walk it’s extremely loud floor creeks. Other than that it’s what I expect. Caught me off guard no grab and go breakfast or coffee

Good experience The hotel reception (charlotte) was very kind/helpful! The hotel is a little dated but the room was clean! That is the most important criteria for me! I was traveling to/from downtown Indy and this hotel was conveniently located to interstate! More importantly, I felt comfortable in area of hotel location!
