Door was locked and no one would answer the phone. Apparently the place had no rooms available. Booked on Expedia.

Not as advertised I decided to choose this hotel over the regular one i say in when in the area. This one said they offered beakfast and a pool. Come to find out they didn't have either and not even coffee in the common area or a pot in the room to make your own. Definitely not worth the price. I will stick with my regular place that is $100/night cheaper and has coffee. Very disappointed with the misrepresentation of amenities. Teran the GM is great. Loved having the kitchen and full fridge. Room was spacious and location is excellent. Easy access to highways and 2 malls nearby. Plan to return on our next Indianapolis visit.

Worst ever As soon as you walk in the lobby smell gets you. You can also tell it has not had an update since it probably opened. I tried to give it the benefit of doubt and still checked in. Our room was on basement level and room was so bad i checked out right away. I would not recommend this hotel even in an emergency l.

Shower not as clean as I would expect. Some updating needed in the bathroom. Overall good for price and last minute reservation.

No elevator. There are accessible entrances. Stained sheets, and dirty blankets, hair/dust ball in bathroom. Kind of musty smelling.
