The gentleman that waited on us was very helpful . We had a problem over the pet fee because we were told at corporate that there was not a fee. The worker and his manager guaranteed that the fee would be removed from our credit card.

Property was nice. Person at desk as soon as we got there received us with telling us they were all booked and there were no rooms available. Manager was supposed to call us and tell us our reservation was cancelled. I informed attendant that I had made reservation a week in advance. He kept saying he didn't think he had any rooms available and if he did it would be dirty because cleaning staff called off. Luckily he kept looking on his computer and came up with a nice clean room.

Unit was very clean & staff went out of their way to be helpful. This was our first stay with an “Extended Stay” and appreciated the kitchen facility. It would have been nice to have 2 chairs for table.
