I couldn't take a shower because the room underneath me flooded.I cut the water on for 5min. Then boom the front office is banging on my door

Okay for one night We had 2 rooms on the 1st floor. The window locks were broken. Surprisingly, the room without carpet smelled like an old sweaty locker room. The room with the carpet had a dirty desk and desk chair, a long with no trash can or bath essentials.

Go there after a long day at a festival and was told room had been charged and I was a no show. She could charge me for another room though!! Nope found another place down the street because of her rudeness. Will be contacting corporate

We checked in late from a concert and was able to check in quickly. The person was friendly and helpful. Our first floor window was unlocked when we arrived, there was no facial tissue, only toilet tissue and the room was very humid.

A little out of the way (only about 4miles) but so nice. A little hidden gem. Great price, Charlotte wonderful hostess, and very clean. I would stay here again.
