I was disappointed with the snell of smoke. I was charged ahead if time b4 i checked in then when i oaid for my dig i was double charged for the room. Now i have to wait for the refund. Very frustrating.

noisy at night after 10 pm. blankets rough on skin. No kitchen items in kitchen to cook with or eat on. Window unlocked and slightly open with curtain closed, found later in evening. Felt unsafe.

I put a bottle of champagne on the refrigerator and left. When I returned 2 hours later my champagne was gone. I left the TV on as well and someone turned it off. There was a housekeeping cart at the room next door when I left
