Our Room was NOT cleaned from the previous guests, food in the fridge, dirty towels in bathroom, beads not made... (clean sheets where there, thrown in a pile on the bed) then we found the bedbugs!!!

Found bugs and garbage in our room. No sheets were on pillows/pillows were stained yellow. Took an hour just to check in. Worker at front desk was on drugs. Key card stopped working and got locked out.

Absolutely awful Piss in the toilet. Bed unmade. Basically the room was never cleaned before being issued to us. When asked, terrible customer service. Was basically not the front desk person’s problem. Just gave us sheets to make our own beds. Overall, absolutely terrible.

Great location and nice room. Good for hanging around the area. Staff though was rude and Unprofessional.
Great location on a pretty piece of property. The front desk people were outstanding! The hotel was kinda worn and smelled like cigarettes.

Very Nice Hotel Very friendly staff and the hotel was clean. The room was comfortable and quiet. The continental breakfast was granola bars and muffins. It is a dog friendly hotel, which I love dogs. The only problem is with the guests. They don’t pick up their dog waste on the grass. Do they think it will magically disappear?
