Ok stay for the price Stay was ok but front desk staff not very friendly. Had to keep asking for towels which we never received and also wouldn’t give a receipt at check out.

Economical Excellent staff, but it took 24 hours to fix the internet, no business center (as advertised) and the amenities were outdated.

Should have chosen another location... My son and I stayed here as a stop-over between Kansas City and Cleveland. The rate & service was great, as well as the outside of the building. The room itself had many issues. The lights would turn off on their own - then back on - minutes apart. The pull out couch's mattress was awful. The bed itself was very firm.
