Very disappointed This is my 4th time staying here. The other 3 times I was in a single room on the opposite side. Those rooms were pretty nice. That’s why I decided to return. This time I was in a double because I had someone with me. My room wreaked of smoke (this is supposed to be a non smoking property) . The manager gave me another room but this one smelled also. Can’t quite explain the smell, it wasn’t smoke but I just kno it wasn’t something I would be able to tolerate. I asked for a refund and went to another hotel. ... read more

Okay not great First sight I liked the room until I went to take a shower. I turned on hot water all the way and still got no hot water, then had no blow dryer in the room and top I off I went to call front desk the phone did not work. I had to go to front desk to ask for blow dryer with my wet hair. I reported the no hot water and phone not working. These items were not fixed during my two nights there. Who is the thief? I was stupid in that I left behind my $50 My Pillow with a color pillow slip. During check-out day, I remembered the pillow, and called Extended Stay to ask that they retrieve and retain My Pillow upon my return four days later. The hotel said there would be no problem, and that My Pillow would be in lost and found upon my return! I never seen this type of worst standard extended stay . Mostly prefer to book extended stay but this is open motel type and old . Breakfast is horrible even coffee is not good. I can give a star only for price .

It wasn’t a very nice hotel and it appeared to be located in a bad part of town. Staff wasn’t very nice either.

No Amended Stay, Ok! I was sold a reservation to a fully booked hotel. I was forced to stay with a stranger. I was far from happy. Forced to spend more money than I intended to.
