When we got to the room, we had no toilet paper in the bathroom. Red stains all over the floor and the lamp shades. Bed was very scratchy - almost dirty like. Shower didn’t work properly. Overall, we only needed it to sleep - but definitely will find somewhere else if we are ever in this area again. Checking staff seemed very irritated that she was required to check us in and very agitated when we called and ask for the TP.

I liked that they were able to change the room because they had pets in the first one! I didn’t like, the room was very dirty and the blankets too.

I just got charged and they wouldn't give me a key

The rooms smelled bad. The floors are dirty. The shower & shower curtain is dirtier!!!

The hot water did not work in the shower!

When we got there, hair was on the sink, stains were on the sheets and pillows, the dressers were broken, the room smelled funny, and our housekeeper never came.
