No towels and no one in the office to get any. Plus the phone is broken so I had to walk all the way down there from the third floor for nothing.

This was a horrible experience. Would not return. Could not get manager to answer door and fix key that would not work. Later learned she had it keyed in wrong. Room was s joke also.

Awful place to stay. Dirty with cigarette ash. No towels, toilet paper, pillow cases. Smelled like smoke.

Fechem as portas. Isto não é um hotel. Esta foi a pior hospedagem que já tive em toda a minha vida. Funcionários preguiçosos e muito mal educados. Tive que esperar meia hora para entrar no quarto porque a recepcionista não estava. Banheiros imundos com vazo sanitários sujo e com pêlos. Pedi troca do quarto mas disseram que não iriam trocar e que o quarto era daquele jeito. Tive que ir buscar papel higiênico na recepção pois não tinha. Carpete sujo e fedido. Roupa de cama já usada. My stay was just terrible there was no heat and we were moved into 2 different room and still no heat

We are sure this was a result of miscommunication between our Housekeeping and Front Office Departments since a suite should not be made available for occupancy until the cleaning process is complete and it has been inspected by a supervisor. The property is dirty , trash outside rooms and parking lot ! The staff isn’t helpful . The first room they gave me had dead bugs on the floor , hair in the shower , stains on the bed , no blankets , no towels , no pillows , dust all over the furniture. The room wasn’t sanitary or fit for anyone to stay in . One night of my stay I got back to the hotel late my card wouldn’t work for the room and office was closed ! I stood outside calling the number listed for over and hour couldn’t get anyone on the phone and ended up sleep... read more
