Three Strikes against them I came into the lobby expecting to be greeted by a friendly smile, but the clerk just looked upset, but not in a good way. I arrived and asked to use the rest room, but that request only seemed to slow her down. I went out to dinner and came back to find no remote for the TV. When i arrived at the hotel there was no one in rge office to check us in. After we were checked in i went to my room where someone at clearly had smoked marijuana in the bathroom and turned the fan on to clear the smell,it didnt work! Then i was given a second room which was a oet room allergies were irritated. The shiwer was nasty not clean bed covers nasty i slep in my blankets i had! I would never go back!!!

The young lady that checked us in was very uninterested in helping us. She actually ignored us for a few minutes, and did some filing. There was no one else in the office, so it is not that she was helping someone else. once we got to our room, it was a single. I booked a double, as I was traveling with my adult son. with the horrible service at the desk, and we were so tires, he just slept on the floor.

The most disgusting room i have ever stayed in. Blood stains on my pillow case, stains on everything, smelled, dirty, and did i say disgusting?! Terrible

We made a reservation for one room (two people) with one week in advance. When we arrived at Extended Stay America - Jackson – North tired and looking forward to going to bed after driving 7 hours at 11:00pm, the receptionist (who did not stop talking by her cellphone) gave us a room. Bring your ear plugs. Clean and comfortable room but very noisy guest. Thankfully I had ear plugs.
