The floor in the room is dirty, The carpet was dirty and with a lot of trash under the bed , the microwave plate was dirty with grease, and also the room had a really strange odor, I am very unhappy with my stated in the hotel

Not so good . Even tho the rooms are nice. That staff don’t help

This property was disgusting and I did not feel safe having my family stay here. There were drug addicts roaming the property and hanging out in the common areas

You should not send your customers to this hotel. If you want dishes in the kitchen you have to ask and then when you get them you need to wash them. They tell you when you get there that they don't do maid service.

Poor service and cleanliness I reserved a deluxe suite but was given a standard room. The beds, sheet and covers was rough. The mattress cover had dark yellowish stains and the AC didn’t get cool enough. The room also had a odor. I wouldn’t recommend this location to no one.

Unfriendly staff We arrived at 2 pm. Check in was at 3 pm. They told us to come back in one hour. When we finally arrived at 3 pm there was a long lane at the front desk. No one was there. We waited additional 10 min. before we could check in.
