Checkin in was quick and front desk staff was polite. Asked staff to show us the room before hand because there was mixed reviews. The room looked okay but when i woke up the next morning there was a bug in my bed. Hotel states free breakfast, but breakfast is grab and go. I.E. coffee and muffins and granola bars. Bathroom needs a deep clean.

The room was dirty, no drawers on the dresser, and there were roaches in the room.

Disappointed The room was basically bare. There was no blanket, no toiletries, no towels and no dishes. When the front desk was asked about the items they stated there were none available. Breakfast is noted as included but on the second day there was nothing.

Won’t book again The hotel smelled, hallways reeked of tobacco and room smelled like a stuffy basement along with elevators which smelled like the inside of a vacuum. Freezer/Refrigerator had not been cleaned out after prior guest. Bed only had sheets no blanket or comforter.

I don't like anything about the property and hate they don't have ice machines and only ice trays.

Ughh Too unsafe to stay. Drawers off dressers. Condition of room was like someone had had a battle in it. Decided wanted to live another day so left.

They only clean rooms after 8 day stay. And i go to work at 545 the coffee station wasnt open but one time around that time.
