Expedia didn't payment
Check-in was horrible, receptionist was rude and seemed to be bothered that I had to check in at 6pm which is "dinner time". The room was a non smoking room but smelled like a smoking room and the roaches were everywhere! Luckily it was just a work trip that I just needed a place to lay my head at. I didn't sleep well and wanted to get out of there so fast!
Roaches motel Had reservations for 14 days after one night we checked out. Had roaches as soon after the lights turned off they came out all over the place. Could not sleep, went to CVS for bug spray, called management they did nothing about it, sorry to say it was sad.
Property has a roach problem. Drunkards hanging around outside playing loud music at all hours.no amenities. Area around property overgrown and not well kept. Wooded and vacant property around hotel serve as homeless/ squatter hang out

I asked for nonsmoking room the romm smelled like cigarettes and when i arrived they said i didn't have a reservation so i had to book another directly from hotel i also contracted Expedia about it yesterday and they couldn't find where i had a reservation Expedia's customer services has come to a 0 in my opinion and I'll be looking for another option for my bookings from now on yall don't value your customers and it's a shme tht i can't pick up the phone a call to have an issues resolved
