I asked for nonsmoking room the romm smelled like cigarettes and when i arrived they said i didn't have a reservation so i had to book another directly from hotel i also contracted Expedia about it yesterday and they couldn't find where i had a reservation Expedia's customer services has come to a 0 in my opinion and I'll be looking for another option for my bookings from now on yall don't value your customers and it's a shme tht i can't pick up the phone a call to have an issues resolved

Dirty, amenities had to be paid for separately and nothing was on website to describe it, $30 for a pot, spoon and spatula? $15 for 1 plate cup fork spoon and knife?, cockroaches. Never again!

Roaches were crawling all over the room. Room and hallway smelled like smoke/cigarettes.

Robbery I mistakenly booked a smoking room so I asked the clerk if I could move he said he didn’t have any rooms but I could check out early and he would refund me for the days I didn’t use which we 5 days… after I packed me and my 3 kids up he then said I he wasn’t able to give me a refund and refused to give me my room back… basically robbing me a single mother for days I didn’t use… like if I couldn’t get a refund on days I didn’t stay why would you say I could… I’m still waiting on my refund from the 18th!!!

UNACCEPTABLE!! UNSANITARY!! Where do I begin? Customer service? Non-existent. Mat comes across as though you are bothering him and he is doing you a favor, not that you are a paying guest. I watched his interaction with the guest who checked in before is. Very rude. Let's get to the room. 2 washcloths and 2 towels. NO HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE. If you want more towels, like normal people do, you must take your used towels to the front desk to exchange them for "fresh" towels. I use the word "fresh" lightly.
