Dirty room It started off wrong from check-in, there was people playing in the lobby making a lot of noise (I checked in around 10:00pm). Once in my room, the linens on the bed had not been changed, there was hair and all kinds of food particles or something all in the bed when I pulled the covers back, and the mattress cover had a huge stain it that looked like it hadn't been washed in a while. Thankfully the night clerk had arrived when I found the bed, and she gave me fresh linens she had just removed from the dryer. The ... read more

Front desk lady was rude. She was on a personal call while guests were waiting to check in. Had to ask for towels for the room since there were none in the room.

Looked nice the hotel over booked and by the time I got there didn t give me a heads up that my already hotel that was paid for was unavailable and so I had to wait over an hour w my 2 yr old til Expedia found me another room that was open the lady at the desk was rude and unprofessional

There was only one lady that made me feel welcomed there but I never caught her name. She was understanding and used her skills of communication very well. The other ladies were rude and stand off-ish. One even acted like she didn’t want to help me when I was locked out of my room. I honestly would not stay at the hotel again. The rooms were clean but outdated. Kids ran they the hotel at crazy hours of the night yelling and screaming in the halls. The elevator was also expired since August of 2017. When I arrived to the hotel the humidity of the carpet and the cigarette odor was prevalent. When I went into the room I found cigarette in the kitchen sink, blood stains on the bed sheets, some sticky fluid on the kitchen floor and mold in the bathroom. The aisles were dirty with food residues everywhere and the floor carpet was wet. I immediately left the hotel to avoid get mold allergies.

Room was so very very dirty. Had no hair dryer dishes etc. Had to ask for everything. Then had to get pushy to get a hair dryer.

Left something to be desired.. Previously stayed here several years ago with no issues but this trip left something to be desired. Other guests were smoking and the smell of marijuana was everywhere. Upon arrival our sheets were dirty, the bathroom had hair all over it, and the floor in our room was filthy. When traveling with an infant this is not what you want to see.
