The staff and the General Manager is excellent! But the comfort and cleanliness of the room is not like explain! We had a couple of bugs in our room! The breakfast included is not really a breakfast. They don’t even offer juice!

It was just okay They have no one stay pretty much greets as you walk in. We only needed a room for a night out room had a sofa bed in it for the kids. There was no extra covers or blankets, yet along a extra pillow. Our phone didn’t have anything on it so we could call the front desk. On top of it all we heard people yelling a teacher other along with kids running up and down the hallways.

When a GM over step her boundaries! I was reprimanded by the hotel's GM, LUZ, for my last review as if I was apart of her staff. She command me to give 10 ratings to her staff. I loved my check in by Mr. Fernando. He was professional and VERY accommodating. My check out was smooth until she called for her GM to come and speak to me in a demeaning distasteful manner in front of other guests. Great place to stay. With the full size refrigerator we didn't have to go out to eat all the time.

The night manager,Fernando, carried my cooler up to my room when there was no cart available. He was very helpful the entire stay. But the room floor was dirty,and the tub water was dripping. The sheets are very thin. FYI breakfast is muffins,coffee,granola bars,and packets of oatmeal which needs to be cooked in room.
