Needs some help! I booked a queen suite. The layout in the kitchen was perfect even though one of the burners didn't work. The bedrrom was fine but I questioned if that was a queen bed in the room plus there were only 2 pillows on the bed. The phone didn't work so I called the front desk from my cellular. The wifi service was great the first night but horrible the second night. It kept kicking me off the internet for no reason. No breakfast No lids for the coffee No ice machine Disappointed

??? We were on the 3rd floor. The elevators were not working. There was blood in the stairway, on the steps and on the wall, from 1st to 3rd floor. Spoke with front desk about it. Said she didn’t know. She knew police had been there, but didn’t know about the blood. It wasn’t cleaned up until morning. Front desk lady was nice and very welcoming.

I had to transfer rooms 3 times. Room 1 and 2.were clean. Room 3 did not have to be cleaned but def was not as tidy as it could be.

Average isn't so bad. It was nothing to write home about but it wasn't bed. It was very very average.
