The night manager,Fernando, carried my cooler up to my room when there was no cart available. He was very helpful the entire stay. But the room floor was dirty,and the tub water was dripping. The sheets are very thin. FYI breakfast is muffins,coffee,granola bars,and packets of oatmeal which needs to be cooked in room.

Room was too small even for one adult and two teenagers. Would have been better if I were only one in room of that size

For want of a fork Hotel wasn't beautiful, but adequate. Maybe my standards are a little lower. But what did bother me was the lack of service. On check in, I was told that items such as silverware, plates and cups for the in-room kitchen weren't stocked in the room, but could be obtained at the desk anytime. Fair enough. On the second day, I asked for a fork. One fork. I was told they didn't have any, they hadn't had time to wash them. I went back later and asked again, still no fork. Really? Customer service was very friendly and caring. Quiet great location room was large enough for my 15 year old son, 11 year old granddaughter and myself. Staff was friendly and caring. Enjoyed our stay and when I visit again I’m sure I would book here again.
