Room was too small even for one adult and two teenagers. Would have been better if I were only one in room of that size

Quiet Its quiet here most of the time . Every now and then you get some loud people but all around its been good

For want of a fork Hotel wasn't beautiful, but adequate. Maybe my standards are a little lower. But what did bother me was the lack of service. On check in, I was told that items such as silverware, plates and cups for the in-room kitchen weren't stocked in the room, but could be obtained at the desk anytime. Fair enough. On the second day, I asked for a fork. One fork. I was told they didn't have any, they hadn't had time to wash them. I went back later and asked again, still no fork. Really? Customer service was very friendly and caring. Quiet great location room was large enough for my 15 year old son, 11 year old granddaughter and myself. Staff was friendly and caring. Enjoyed our stay and when I visit again I’m sure I would book here again.

My first room had a sink drain issue. The team leader Clarissa stated she'd get to work on solving. That day everything was improved. My ignorance, I did not consider the couch sleeper could be a twin. Orbitz states 4 people could stay, but we say 1 full/queen bed & 1 twin sleeper. So, I wish the site told that. ...Brad
