Dirty, poor customer service, elevator was not operational and the smell of marijuana was persuasive. If you are with a family you don’t want to stay here.

Smoke detector was covered with plastic, phone did not work or no one could fix it, changed to another room and that one didn’t even have a smoke detector. How do they even pass a fire inspection?

Misleading advertisement Besides the fact that the room wasn’t exactly as described in the ad, I had no utensils for the kitchenette & there was no continental breakfast.

Horrible place I booked Extended Stay by accident. When we went to hotel I thought I had booked they called extended stay and were told our card had already been charged. This was at 5:15 and I had booked free cancellation prior to 6 rate. Then when we left where we were Nd got to Extended Stay. Lerk said “ no card had not been chRged. Mad!!!! Place stunk and was filthyz

Highly disappointed Not sure why this hotel is so run down and it’s in a nice area of Jacksonville. Perhaps there needs to be new management. Carpets are filthy and smelly. It’s dark and dingy. The bed linens in my room had what appeared to be dog hair and black specs of something I couldn’t identify all over them. Had to go to office to get all new linens that I had to change myself. I like the concept of having a room with a full kitchen but this will be my last stay at this hotel.
