Not happy at all with the way they operate .. Almost two months ago I stayed at the Baymeadows Extended Stay and had a few words with one of the front desk Associates ... she didn't threaten me with a DNR as I was checking out anyways so I went to the Salisbury location and was there for about a month and enjoyed the staff and enjoyed my time there but then out of the blue after I paid for the room they said I have 30 minutes to pack and get out because of what happened almost two months ago at the Baymeadows location and th... read more

Had to wait half hour for frontdesk person to check me in. Definitely more dirty and unkept than the other extended stays around the area.

Their was so much wrong. They overbooked so when we went to check in they didn’t have a room. The gentleman from Expedia was great fantastic. Stayed on the phone with me until we eventually got a room. The girl at the front desk was great. The first room she put us in, was supposed to have a sofa bed along with a bed an didn’t have the sofa bed. She put us in another room that had the sofa bed. Hotel Not That Great The staff was nice but not professional @ check in and @ check out there wasn't anyone at the desk, in the lobby or the breakfast area. The room needs a major upgrade and the quality of cleanliness was very questionable. And the guests that stayed across from me absolutely did not care about the "quiet hours" policy, which is posted at the front desk. Where shall I start? We walk in to be told there are no rooms but if I sign on to a third party web-site and reserve a room, they can give me a room. I proceeded to sign on and reserve a room at which point, the young lady accepted the reservation and gave me a key. I walk in to the room which was ok except for the roach that was walking around in the bathroom. Property itself was deceiving. Staff was nonexistent, room was disappointing and disgusting, and complimentary breakfast was poor (oatmeal packets and stale cereal bars).

Horrible get to check in and the attendant states they hav no room after I booked on line she sends me to another property and the room is nasty

No ice machine, the sofa bed had no linen, the continental breakfast was missing cream for coffee and the only edibles were breakfast bars... no dishes in kitchenette, dirty hallways,
