Stained carpet. The carpet had 3 large stains. It made room feel dirty. I tried to get another, but i was told they were overbooked.

Hall needs to be power wash...other than that good Could use power washer.... we took king bed suit and we were plesant suprices we had 2 bathroom. Close to shopping.

Close to TPC Sawgrass Look, if you’re looking for a cheep hotel to stay at for a night before you go to TPC Sawgrass. Min 20 min drive. Very convenient. This hotel is not five stars. First time I stayed here I saw seman stains on the comfitor. Second time around my room reeked our weed. Though it is the closest cheapest place to TPC Sawgrass.

Not for families or relaxing Front desk staff seemed frustrated and unprepared to check guests in. Parking close ro the room was nearly impossible. Rooms were dirty and there were streaks left by a dirty mop (don't walk barefoot). The bathtub and sink had rust on around the metallic fittings and the porcelain coating was peeled off. Although the bed was made, it still had sand or dirt on the mattress under the sheets. Also, very noisy at all hours with people arguing, yelling at each other, throwing stuff around.
