Close to UNF and St. John's Town Center. Room was adequate. Security procedures need improvement(one of my room key cards did not work so I took it to the Front Desk for reprogramming and the clerk, who I was seeing for the first time, did not ask me for my name or I.D. and just handed me my cards.) I could have been a criminal that saw someone drop their card and leave, and then would have had free access to the room! That was a bit troubling, but other than that the stay was O.K.

Close and convienant to specialty medical clinics. Great place to stay while being treated at Mayo Clinic.

Avoid if you can. Pretty gross. bugs in room, everything kind of run down. I have stayed in places that were cheaper that were better kept up.

Good for the money First time in the area and every thing you could have needed was in the area. The only issue was the tv keep loosing its signal but that wasn't all that bad because I had a good book. Overall, clean and quite.
