We were hesitant after reading all of the horrible reviews. But we gave it a shot. We were exhausted and used Orbitz at 9pm in their parking lot. The room was perfectly fine. Everything was super clean and smelled clean. Only negative? Would be the pillows weren't as comfortable as home or the Ritz and there is no shampoo in the bathroom. I'm sure that's because it's meant for people that stay longer than one night. We were quite please and relieved.

good reception people, nice hotel , secured area a checking in was quick and easy , very helpful staff and room was awesome with all the facilities that makes one s stay very likable
