I got bit by something in bed as I slept, the towles felt as if they were air dryed (hard), not what I expected it to be.

Terrible This isn't a hotel, per se. It's an extended stay (presumably) subsidized housing solution. Minimal furnishing, not even a bedside lamp. Large dogs are allowed in, evidence of their excrement just outside the back door. Be sure and bring earplugs because the traffic roar is constant.

Avoid if you are a non-smoker. Room reeked of stale cigarette smoke.

It was really promoting long time residence not weekend guests. Bare minimum there small beds no extras. Don’t look for a cup of coffee there

No bedside lamps. Poor lighting in bathroom. Only one mirror. No breakfast coffee in lobby or room. Will never ever stay in WoodSprings Suites again. Only stayed for 4 nights instead of 5 nights but no refund given.

Needed to call an outside number to get someone to come to the desk for check in. Hotel was over $100 a night and absolutely no amenities. No daily room straightening, no extra pillows, no hair dryer in the room, no hotel lobby, no lights or lamps over the bed. Only can lighting in the ceiling that couldn't be reached from the bed. Not even a toilet seat that closed, so no where to put your clothes while in the shower. Two small soaps. No shampoo, lotion, etc. Not a whole lot included for $100+.
