Sub-par hotel The room was sub-par. There was a terrible odor in the room that didn't go away after our 2 night stay. The mattress was so thin, you could feel the coils on your back. Terrible accomodations! Will not stay there again.

Theres was no hot water at all to take showers. The toilet ran all night long. There was no one at the desk running the place. If i needed something, i was told i would need to wait until the next day when there would be someone at the desk. When i went to check out at 9ish the next morning, i had to call someone to check out. This was the most basic room I've ever stayed in. Room was not clean. Food on floor, urine spots on floor around the toilet. They only give you 2 pillows per bed, 1 per person when I asked for an extra pillow they said they don’t give out extra ones. Front desk will not take care of noise complaints after 10pm, they tell you to call the police. Stay away from the hotel!!!!

Absolutely horrible experience, if you even call it that. We were a group of 6 with 3 units, paid for in advance. We needed an after hours check-in. I called the property before the desk closed for the night to notify them that we would be arriving after hours. I was told that that’s okay, to use the lobby phone to dial “500”, and an employee would be with me to check us in. “All lines are busy,” was the message I received, and no one was even available to check us in. Walls had significant damage, as if the headboard was ripped off the wall. Holes were actively being patched but not finished or painted. Shocked they would let a room in this condition. We tolerated it for one night. Won’t be going back.
